Products & Fitting

Yes! Our car accessories are completely legal to be used on the roads as confirmed by road authorities in each state. All Bling My Ride number plate frames are designed so that no information on your number plate is hidden and they will not interfere with the speeding cameras.

Please measure your number plates before purchasing and compare the sizes to the sizing chart available on our website.

We recommend measuring without the existing frames, both the front and rear of your car.

PLEASE NOTE, our number plate frames can't be fitted to some acrylic plates and Queensland Prestige Plates (both flexi and framed style).

If you are not sure about the sizing or fitting and require further assistance, then please reach out to our friendly team. Feel free to send us a photo of your plates and we can easily identity them for you ✨

Our "I've been blinged" cards are added you every bling frames purchase so you can hide your rego details when sharing the bling with the world!

Our accessories are carefully embellished to the highest quality to ensure the crystals will not fall out easily!
Unfortunately, as with all rhinestone products, they can sometimes lose a couple over time. This is why most of our products come with a bag of crystals that can be used to replace the missing stones.

Our steering wheel covers are a universal fit (38cm) and suit the majority of car makes and models, such as Mazda, Honda, Hyundai, Toyota and MG, to name a few.

They also look good on D-shaped steering wheels.

Our accessories are quick and easy for anyone to apply. For detailed instructions see our installation videos.

We are extremely quality-concerned! Our Team checks every single product one by one and when we come across any products that have flaws we call them seconds.


Our "seconds" collection can include products that have missing or wrong colour rhinestones, some damage to the mesh or similar. Please read our product descriptions carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

At this stage, we won't be able to offer custom designs or colours. Please choose your favourite one from our stunning range.

Shipping & Returns

We are based in sunny Perth, Australia.

All our orders are currently shipped from our local warehouse, this helps us to carefully check each and every car accessory to only offer the best quality.

Our orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business day. Please allow for additional processing time during launches, special promotions and holidays.

We are currently only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number to be updated. 

If you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email or have any other questions regarding your shipping, please contact our Team so that we can help you out.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer local pickups at the moment.

Yes! We need your signature to make your delivery arrives safely.

We love our bling fam and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for store credit.

Please note, all return requests must be received within 14 days of the order delivery date and sent back within 14 days of return request approval. All products must be returned in brand new condition - unused, in a re-saleable condition, and with the original gift packaging. If the item is returned in other than brand new condition, no credit will be issued. Products marked SECONDS cannot be returned.

Return shipping fees are to be covered by you, and we will not credit the original shipping fee paid.

We are currently not able to accept exchanges but you can use your store credit to purchase the correct size/ colour.

Orders

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay. We also offer Afterpay pay in 4 for Australian customers at the checkout. Our New Zealand customers can pay with Afterpay if you shop in Australian Dollar.

We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit/debit card details.

Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t receive it within 90 minutes, please contact us at hello@blingmyride.com.au.

Please check that all the required details are entered at the checkout. If the error persist then please get in touch with our Team and we will happily assist you!
Please note that we can't send any number plate frames and backing plates to New Zealand as they will not fit the number plates. You will receive an error message if you are trying to place an order.

Our shipping is fast and furious, and most of the time, we cannot make changes to your order. You are still welcome to send through your request and our Team will do our best to accommodate the change if received on time.

Please send us a message within 14 days from the date your order is delivered with your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging and any other important details.
All our claims need to be handled with our delivery partner Australia Post. Please be patient while we are waiting for further instructions from their support team.

We’re sorry if your order is incorrect or faulty. Rest assured we will do all we can to make this right for you!

Please send us a message within 14 days from the date your order is delivered with your order number, photos of the faulty/incorrect item and any other important details. Customers have 14 days from the date the goods are delivered to claim a refund or exchange a faulty product.

Product Care

Yes! You can and you should, to keep the bling blinging. It is completely safe to wash your Bling My Ride number plate frames and tyre valve caps both by hand and in an automated car wash.

Please don't wash your car accessories in a washing machine or submerge them in sink. We recommend using a damp cloth and gently wiping your accessories.
