Our orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details once the order has been shipped. Please allow for additional processing time during launches, special promotions and holidays.

Returns 

We love our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days for a refund.

If you need to return your order, please send us an email at returns@blingmyride.com.au with your order number and the name of the items you wish to return. 

Once we receive your return, we will contact you and arrange your refund. Your product has to be unused, in a re-saleable condition and with the original packaging. It must not show any signs of wear and tear.

Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of 10 AUD for glitter frames and 15 AUD for crystal frames will be deducted from the final amount you will be refunded for. All refunds are processed back to your original payment method, inc Afterpay sales.

Please use a trackable shipping method for your return as we are not able to take responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged.

 

Product issue

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. Faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving.

If your order is lost in the mail or damaged in transit then please send photos of the damaged item and box to us. We will get back to you with further instructions ASAP.
