Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Bling My Ride for your car makeover. 🌟 We take pride in providing high-quality products to our valued customers. Below is our warranty policy, designed to ensure your satisfaction and address any concerns you may have.
Warranty Periods:
- Steering Wheel Covers: 6 months
- Number Plate Frames: 12 months
- All Other Accessories: 12 months
Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover wear and tear resulting from heavy usage or extreme weather conditions. For number plate frames, exclusions include cracked rhinestones from gravel roads, bent frames due to accidents, chemical damages, and other external forces.
Please note, interior accessories, including seat belt covers, cannot be washed. Washing will therefore waive the warranty.
General Wear and Tear: Please note that steering wheel covers, due to heavy use and exposure to varying temperatures, may experience wear and tear over time. Heat can cause stretching, impacting the fit when transferred to a new car. General wear and tear are inherent in these circumstances.
Coverage: Our warranty covers issues affecting usage or extensive rhinestone fall-out within the specified warranty period. We stand by the quality of our products and aim to address any concerns promptly.
Australian Consumer Law: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product arrives damaged, we kindly request you contact us within 14 days from delivery. Please provide clear photos displaying the damage to the accessories or parcel for further investigation.
